Sorrow Neverwinter - Health Regeneration Build/Use in PVP
Hey all!
This is my up to date build that kick asses in PVP after the huge nerfs they did to TR's.

Neverwinter Giveaway #1 + Trickster Rogue Build
Today I am celebrating 2 months of www.sorrowneverwinter.com by adding a new feature,(you can call it an event) on my blog. Every 2 weeks from now on im gonna make a neverwinter giveaway to everyone who participates by posting his name as a comment below. Executioner Feats
Damage feats: These feats focus on maximizing damage and precision.
1.
Dazzling Blades:
Your At-Will powers have a 1/2/3/4/5% chance to reduce the cooldown on recharging Encounter powers by 1 second.
Thrill of the Kill:
When you land a killing blow, gain .2/.4/.6/.8/1% of your Action Points.
2.
Cruelty’s Reward:
When you critically strike a foe you generate 2/4/6/8/10% less threat for 6 seconds.
Devastating Shroud:
Increase your critical strike chance and severity by 2/4/6/8/10% for 6 seconds after using Shocking Execution.
3.
Brutal Backstab:
While Stealthed you critical with 5/10/15/20/25% more severity.
Critical Teamwork:
You and your nearby allies gain a 1/2/3/4/5% chance to crit.
4.
Deadly Momentum:
Duelist’s Flurry has a 5/10/15/20/25% chance to apply ‘Deadly Momentum’ Deadly Momentum; Increases your critical severity by 3% per stack. 5 stack maximum.
Sharpened Steel:
Blitz and Wicked Reminder have 2/4/6/8/10% more chance to crit.

Overrun Critical:
When you land a critical hit, one of your next attacks strikes with 30% of your crit severity.

Scoundrel Feats
Tactical Feats: These feats focus on underhanded tactics to maintain survivability while gradually weakening foes.
1.
Berserk Vitality:
Gain .5/1/1.5/2/2.5% of your Max Hit Points as Temporary Hit Points when you deal Combat Advantage damage to a foe. This can only occur once every 20 seconds.
Underhanded Tactics:
Increase the effectiveness of Combat Advantage for you by 4/8/12/16/20%.

Press the Advantage:
Your Impossible to Catch now also improves your Power by 2/4/6/8/10%.
Nimble Blade:
35% chance to deal an additional 4/8/12/16/20% damage on a non critical strike.
3.
Mocking Knave:
Sly Flourish and Cloud of Steel deal 2/4/6/8/10% more damage. Additionally, Cloud of Steel’s damage bonus per stack is increased by .5/1/1.5/2/2.5%.
Catspaw Style:
Your Blitz and Dazing Strike reduce the target’s defenses by 2/4/6/8/10%. This effect can not stack.

Action Rush:
Your Encounter Powers have a 15% chance to grant 3/6/9/12/15% of your Action Point.
Brutal Wound:
Courage Breaker and Whirlwind of Blades also deal 50/100/150/200/250% of your weapon damage over 5 seconds.
5.
Whirlwind Sneak Attack:
For 10 seconds after Stealth ends, the first time you hit with an encounter power it will deal 15% additional.
